What you will do:
- Assist with all regulatory filings, licensing and compliance matters
- Knowledge of Surplus lines tax filing, State form filings, SOVOS system
- Knowledge of Oden system
- Assist with generating Conditional renewals, Non-renewals, Reinstatements etc.
- Review internal and external policies on compliance standards and recommend changes if necessary
- Support all teams with compliance operations, procedures, and documentation
- Knowledge of Agent licensing and renewals via Sircon or NIPR
- Assist with Organizing and maintaining all filing-related documentation
- Continually review and analyze State statutes, regulations, and bulletins to determine impact and ensure adherence to filing and regulatory
What Cowbell needs from you:
- BA/BS degree
- 3-5 years of experience filing P&C insurance products (Form, Rate, Rule) and amendments across multiple US States
- Familiarity with 51 jurisdictions’ filing laws and regulations
- Familiarity with SOVOS system
- Experience with ODEN system
- Experience with SIRCON/NIPR
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Strong accountability / sense of ownership
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
