At Cowbell Academy, appointed agents gain exclusive access to in-house courses surrounding cyber insurance and Cowbell’s insurance products.

Welcome to Cowbell Academy

Cowbell Academy is the first e-learning center dedicated to cyber insurance by a standalone cyber insurance provider. Cowbell Academy also offers continuing education, a service that is totally complimentary to all appointed agents.

The new service includes general training such as Cyber Insurance 101, classes dedicated to Cowbell’s products as well as quizzes to help brokers evaluate their level of knowledge with cyber insurance and cybersecurity best practices.

These courses have been developed by experienced insurance professionals with extensive agent and broker experience, along with cybersecurity experts. The courses have been crafted with each cyber insurance learning level in mind, from entry-level to advanced.

Cyber Insurance 101

Covers the basics that agents, brokers, businesses and security professionals should know when approaching cyber insurance.

Introduction to Prime 100

Provides a brief overview of the Prime 100 product and a tutorial on how to generate and bind a quote using the Cowbell Platform.

Introduction to Prime 250

Provides a brief overview of the Prime 250 product and a tutorial on how to generate and bind a quote using the Cowbell Platform.

Cowbell's Claims Process

Goes over the process it takes from the second a policyholder notices a cyber incident to getting the business back up and running.
