After nearly four years with Cowbell, I’ve made the personal decision to step away from my role as Chief Actuary. This was not an easy choice, as my time here has been incredibly rewarding. I am leaving with immense pride in what we’ve built together and with full confidence in the outstanding team that will continue carrying Cowbell forward.
I’m especially grateful to have worked alongside such talented colleagues:
- Ben Ticali – From his first days as an intern to becoming a fully qualified pricing actuary, Ben’s dedication, hard work, and professionalism have been inspiring to watch. His contributions have been instrumental to Cowbell’s success.
- Dan Johnson – A true leader in Business Analytics, Dan has an exceptional ability to cut to the heart of the numbers while also listening deeply and supporting the team. His commitment to Cowbell’s vision ensures that our analytics will remain in excellent hands.
- Emma Werth – Emma’s extraordinary career as an underwriter and her unmatched business acumen have enabled her to take on new challenges with ease. Her adaptability and leadership have been invaluable to the company.
To Trent, Jack, and the entire Cowbell family: thank you for the challenges, the mentorship, and above all, the friendships. While I’ll miss being part of the daily journey, I leave knowing Cowbell is well-positioned for continued success.
Warmly,
Dan
